Positive aspects:
Location was excellent, and the hotel was very nice. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the restaurant quite good.
Negative aspects:
I really cannot think of any, other than that the hotel restaurant seemed a little like a typical Orbis hotel - predictable food, even if quite high quality. I ate in the hotel restaurant twice for dinner, and the food was very nice. Nonetheless, I would have liked a little more Polish flair to the cuisine. It seemed I had had similar meals in Orbis hotels in other parts of Europe. 		My rating:

Positive aspects:
Big room, two bathrooms. Location was great. Dinner was excellent.
Negative aspects:
Internet was not available in our room. Prices for hotel and restaurant were very expensive. Breakfast selection not very good for the price. 		My rating:

Positive aspects:
The hotel was ideally placed in the charming town of Zamosc. The room was spacious and comfortartable and definately worth the money. From start to finish the staff were helpful and the breakfasts were always excellent. Having free use of the internet and a printer was a particular bonus.

The hotel as a very goog place in the City in a beautiful environment. The welcome is very pleasant. The room had normal dimnsions and was very clean.

I think it is the best location in this place. Everything was very nice, clean and cozy. Reception staff spoke very good english. I would gladly stay there again.
