Positive aspects:
Centre of pedestrian area. Lovely open area overlooking the street to eat and drink in. Room and large shower room were clean. Bed was comfortable. Good selection for breakfast. Food for all meals was very good. Happy to recommend this hotel but it has become quite expensive.
Negative aspects:
NO non smoking rooms. Non smokers hate the smell of lingering smoke in their room. Nowadays customers expect to have the choice.		 My rating:

obsluga, lokalizacja, basen w budynku.
Negative aspects:
Niewielka ilosc gniazdek elektrycznych w pokoju (trzy, w dodatku ulokowane w nieprzystepnych miejscach (za szafka, za lozkiem), zajete przez inne sprzety (tv, lampka, zegar/radio))), brak czajnika, herbaty/kawy i filizanek, tym samym mozliwosci spokojnego jej (kawy/herbaty) wypicia bez koniecznosci wychodzenia z pokoju. Positive aspects:
Cleanliness including room service excellent. Relaxed atmosphere condusive to chilling out. Good service at reception.

Positive aspects:
This is an excellent hotel, with the real atmosphere of a pine lodge. It's beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. A great place to stay when there's snow outside! The restaurant is good, as well as being surprisingly cheap. This is one of my favorite hotels.
Negative aspects:
Can be noisy outside at night if you've got your windows open. A minor quibble for a marvelous hotel		 My rating:

the room was beautiful. the service helpful. the location was good. the pool was very nice. the breakfast was outstanding and the other food was very good also.
Negative aspects:
the room got hot and was noisy as people walked under the windows late into the morning.		 My rating:

Positive aspects:
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. We had a lovely room, the breakfast was excellent. I liked the restaurant area as it was so light, airy and cheerful. The hotel staff were all extremely helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend staying there.
Negative aspects:
The only slight problem I can think of, and it is only a very minor point, was that the hotel seemed rather hot at night, although I gather the weather had been very cold the previous week so perhaps that was why it seemed a little overheated.		 My rating:
