Rooms

The Hotel is huge - Only the rooms number 288. There are 3 room types: Standard, Superior and Suite (two rooms, large apartment with an enormous bed).
All rooms have private bathroom, telephone, TV , broadband internet access and mini bar. In the Superior rooms and the apartments in addition you get tea and coffee making facilities and a in room safe.

If you wish for more, such as air conditioning ,then you will be disappointed, no room or public area of the Hotel is air conditioned.

Four floors are designated non smoking floors.
3 rooms are prepared for handicapped guests , as well as 3 elevators.

Restaurant

The culinary side of the Hotel deserves a medal. Karczma "Kasprowy Przycup", restaurant "Alpejska", 2 bars - "Panorama" i "Grota" ( the fun lasts here until 3 in the morning ) - these are the places in the hotel where with refined mountain cooking your tastes , your eyes, and your wallet are all kept happy. And if you are not into the traditional polish mountain foods such as baked pig, spare ribs, lamb, roasted potatoes or the splendid agaric sauce, one can always try the international menu. But you shouldn’t miss the local music , usually performed live, and try the famous local herring, berberry, cheese served by waiters in traditional clothing.

The most pleasant is to dine in the restaurants, but if you do not feel like leaving your room, there is room service available in the Mercure.
The average price of the meals are around 45-55 zł. Nothing scary as for the local delights which you get served here. Even the most demanding children will eat the plates empty, when the y see the chef perform his flambee dishes at your table.

Conference

Mercure is a big hotel, not only 300 rooms, but also 8 conference rooms, with a capacity for about 550 guests.
All conference rooms are equipped with all the necessary aids, some of them are ideally suited for smaller, more intimate meetings.
Internet access is for free at the computers of the Business Centre.

Additional Services

Mountain hiking or skiing, the Mercure also has a big , indoor swimming pool, sauna and solarium. For the sauna and solarium you have to pay extra. Also guests get different kinds of treatments, so you can leave the hotel feeling younger .

In the summer guests can use the thermal water Lake in front of the Hotel.

On the hour every hour a bus leaves from the hotel to the centre of town. Cost is 3 zl.

A car park is on site, cost 30 zl per Day.

Although the air port is about 100 kilometers away, the Hotel can arrange a transfer , cost 450 zł.

If you would like to take your pet with you, be prepared for an additional 60 zl per day.
