In summer or winter, the Krupówki street is the heart of Zakopane. It is the avenue around which focuses the life of this small town. The Giewont Hotel is right beside Krupówki. This advantage is sometimes a disadvantage - the sounds of lively entertainment resort sometimes to get into rooms. Still for such a location it is worth to endure some noise. You will be in the center of the town life and all the attractions are within walking distance. The hotel has a long tradition of receiving guests and is not new. So for those who like modern, sleek new hotels it will not be attractive. Also, enthusiasts of quiet holidays in the woods, it would be more relevant to choose one of the many guest houses closer to the trails leading to the mountains. However, for tourists who love vivid city life, street entertainment and cultural events in the midst of the lively resort, Giewont the right choice. The hotel offers single and double standard and superior rooms.

Rooms

The Giewont hotel is one of the oldest Orbis hotels, housed in a renovated building with preserved retro style. Among the rooms (together 44 rooms) to choose you will find singles and doubles, standard or superior rooms depending on how much money you wish to spend. Superior rooms are larger and more expensive. Still you can feel some dissatisfaction. The hotel is not new and a bit worn out by passing time and maybe not luxury enough for 3 stars. You can see some worn out furniture and other equipment. However for tourists looking for accommodation in the basic version, the Giewont hotel can meet expectations.

Restaurant

In the restaurant you will find dishes based on the traditional Polish cuisine and selected dishes popular in Europe. A bonus is a nice service.

Conference

The hotel has a conference room equipped with audiovisual equipment. It can accommodate up to 50 people depending on the setting.

Unfortunately the hotel does not have its own parking, you can use a public car park near the hotel (hotel guests pay a lower rate).
