The building is easy to recognize - the largest in Europe shingled roof and the space of 6,000 meters are the features that distinguish the building. So you will stay in a typical Zakopane style house for very affordable price. You will not find great comfort here, but there are few places where for less than 40 EUR you will have a decent double room. Apart from that it is in a very good location - just 50 meters from Krupówki, a few minutes to the Railway Station and bus station. The hotel has 300 beds so you will surely choose some place for yourself depending on how much money you want to spend. You can choose double room with a bathroom or a place in the 10-bed dormitory.

Rooms

In 2008, the hotel celebrated its 50th birthday. So it is not the new hotel and therefore is is more willing to offer favorable prices. Depending on your budget, you can choose accommodation in hotel or hostel. If you want more comfort you should choose room with a bathroom. You will find quite decent singles and doubles. Is a less comfort is OK to you, you can choose room with a sink. If you want rather to spend money on something else you can choose a bed in a dormitory. Although the hotel is quiet old, the rooms are clean and well maintained. A nice touch in the rooms is a satellite TV. There is unfortunately no room for the disabled.

Restaurant

In the morning we will have the complimentary breakfast for affordable price. Undoubted advantage is the presence of regional dishes in the menu. Prices are affordable and for only 20 zł we can have a good dinner.

Additional Services

In front of the hotel there is a car park. For using it is a charge of 15 PLN / day. Before embarking on the mounain trail, you can head to the bookstore on the ground floor. A generous selection of "mountain" books and maps will help you find the biggest attractions of the region and how to reach them .
