Positive aspects:
Very friwndly and helpful staff. Their English is of a good standard, and they were able to make recommendations on where to go, for what I wanted. The room is immaculate, and it had all that was required for a short stay.

Positive aspects:
welcoming hotel room sizes are as expected nice shower w/c room computer and internet
Negative aspects:
3rd floor rooms are for smokers wasnt informed on checking in internet very slow at times and no volume control for internet movies LCD tv next to useless no english channels, apart from euro news all the rest were voice dubbed. You cant order food to your room. Hotel food alitle overpriced in my opinion		 My rating:

Staff very pleasant and helpful The food and the choice was good
Negative aspects:
Continula pop music playing in the dining room especially at breakfast time was too much No English TV available, but after I questioned this they managed to get me Euronews. BBC SKY or CNN would have been much better The provision of light snacks e.g sandwiches, toasties would have been welcome		 My rating:

Positive aspects:
The Staff were friendly and very helpful. The vegetarian food was excellent. I liked the internet option on the TV which proved invaluable to me. I enjoyed my stay.
Negative aspects:
I am angry that my deposit was not taken off the bill. I paid over 100 in the reservation deposit for this booking and the previous one of the 3rd of and 4th of May. Even though I was able to show my crdit card statement that I had paid the deposits. Do Not Book on line with Your Company - my biggest regret. I could have saved myself 100 plus if I had booked at the Hotel direct. There was a disgusting smell in my bedroom at night that actually woke me up. I had to turn off the air conditioning and spray perfume around my room. The bed had to be changed because there was a big hole in it and I couldn't get comfortable in it.		 My rating:
