Positive aspects:
czysto i smacznie. Szczególnie wdzieczna jestem Kierownikowi Recepcji w rozwiazaniu zamieszania z wystawieniem dla mnie faktury.
Negative aspects:
Przyjechalam ok. 20.00 28 maja. Po zameldowaniu sie w recepcji wraz ze mna do windy wsiadl mlody czlowiek, który nie wybral pietra. Wysiadl zaraz po mnie z windy na 10 -tym pietrze i pilnie zaczal studiowac plan miasta. Gdy skrecilam w korytarz stana po drugiej stronie korytarza i pilnie studiowal drugi obraz. Mój pokój byl bardzo blisko, wiec szybko sie w nim zamknelam, ale balam sie zjechac na kolacje. Nic sie wiecej nie wydarzylo. Rano zauwazylam, ze na tym drugi obrazie byl tylko reklamowany numer telefonu infolinii. Gdy po powrocie do domu opowiedzialam wszystko mezowi zdecydowalismy, ze powinniscie Panstwo o tym wiedziec. for 1 room my visa creditcard was already charged before my stay in hotel, and i prefer to pay casch wehn i arrive.		 My rating:

nice hotel , normaly good service, i believe its my 8 time i went back to this hotel, staff at counter alreayd knows me!good service, but dont trust the personalthat cleanes the hotelrooms!
Negative aspects:
on saturday morning 1-11-2008 we left our roomnumer 525, and put on card to not disturb, but when we came back our room was cleaned, we were schocked about that,we checked everything, also my wallet with money because i left it it my bag with lots of money, but on that moment all was oke, but i forgot to to count the money, after our stay in hotel on way back home i counted my money andthere was missing 150.- euro's from my wallet, and the only person who could have chance to steal it was the cleaninglady, so i am dissipointed , but i know its my own fault, iand i will never leave my money again in hotelroom, because now its hard to proof, that she stole it! i know now i will not trust cleaning persons hotel wroclaw again, so this is my only copmplain ti this hotel, and believe me no other person could have stolen it!!!!1		 My rating:

Positive aspects:
Hotel zlokalizowany w bardzo dobrym punkcie Wroclawia. Dogodne polaczenia z dworcem PKP i autobusowym. Sympatyczny pokoik. Bardzo mily personel recepcji. Sniadanie bardzo smaczne
