Free wireless internet in the entire hotel, 7 conference rooms and a secure underground car park. If it weren't for the modestly equipped gym, the Holiday Inn would have deserved four and a half stars and in the staff category - significantly more than 5.

Rooms

The rooms keep up the chain's high standards. Their décor, starting with standard rooms all the way to apartments, is the embodiment of elegance and good taste. Comfortable beds, well-kept furniture (the hotel has only been open for 6 years), plenty of space around and pristine cleanliness.
The "technical" aspect of the rooms' equipment also doesn't disappoint, especially if we're in Wroclaw on business. Contact with the outside world is provided by a quick internet connection, direct telephone line with voice mail (menu unfortunately only in Polish), a very decent selection of TV-SAT channels (in several languages) and additionally - pay-TV channels. Internet access is free of charge.
If we decide to book an Executive Room, we'll have daily delivery of newspapers, which we'll be able to read while drinking coffee we brewed ourselves in the coffee maker. The supply of coffee is replenished daily. Manually-adjusted air-conditioning and perfect housekeeping service take our mind off such worries as "too cold - too hot" and "dirty - unmade bed".
A well-stocked mini-bar will quickly fulfill our urgent desires and a 24-hour room service will provide convenient access to the "Indoor House" Restaurant chef's ideas.
From an architectonic standpoint, the hotel is fully adapted to the needs of handicapped persons. It's a pity that only one handicapped room is available.

There are separate storeys for non-smoking guests.

Restaurant

It would be rather impossible to find a better breakfast in town. The selection of hot and cold hors d'oeuvres and dishes will certainly exceed expectations and capabilities of 99% of us. The "Indoor House's" menu features mainly Polish and international cuisine at reasonable prices.
The lobby bar, even though cozy and full of books (it's named the "Library Bar" for a reason), is sometimes crowded in the evenings. The café could definitely use several more tables. It's a pity, because the pleasant decor and delicious coffee make us want to stay longer.

Wrocław is a city full of life, also when it comes to its culinary aspect. Hence, sometimes it's difficult for hotel restaurants to compete with the fantastic ideas of the local chefs, especially those in the Old Town. The "Indoor House" is up to the task, but that doesn't mean we shouldn't try a supper somewhere else. Quite contrary, the hotel's vicinity is a mine of sophisticated and at the same time truly inexpensive tastes (it's worth visiting the "Splendido" for example).

Conference rooms

Holiday Inn is a brand name well known to business travelers - the chain's hotels are professional organizers of all types of conferences, banquets and meetings. The Holiday Inn Wroclaw hotel offers 7 conference rooms, with the 2 largest ones measuring respectively 100 and 250 square meters. We can easily organize any event for up to 400 people here.
Conference rooms are air-conditioned and equipped with the latest audio-visual gear.
Additionally, there's of course a Business Centre on premises, which provides all types of office services, from computer access to professional translation help.

Additional Services

The Holiday Inn also makes it possible to take care of one's physical shape while traveling. The use of sauna and gym is included in the room rate.
As far as the sauna is concerned, everything is where it should be and is perfectly oriented towards one goal - making one forget the troubles of the day in a temperature that completely relaxes the mind. When it comes to the gym… The workout would certainly be far more effective if the selection of equipment was better…

The hotel has good facilities for guests with cars. It's possible to park a car in front of the hotel or in the underground car park. Fee for 24 hours of parking is about 15 EUR.
