sehr gepflegtes Hotel mittlerer Größe, ruhig, zentral zum Breslauer Ring, guter freundlicher Service, mehrsprachig, sehr gute Restaurant,sehr gute Frühstück, Dusch/WC sehr sauber und technisch perfekt wir würden das Hotel wieder wählen !

Good situation in the old town
Negative aspects:
The trafic jam under rush hours is big. It would be better to stay outside city center. The window curtain system is not functioning well enough. Heavy to move. The room temperature adjustment is not easy to understand. It was better to unconnect. Some of the TV-channels were not 100% (technically showing spots)		 My rating:

Positive aspects:
Amazing location, just what we wanted. Great room, biggest bath i've ever seen in a hotel room! Staf were really helpful with everything. Breakfast was great, lots of choice and a really nice breakfast room.
Negative aspects:
Our room hadn't been cleaned when we were given the key, but we had arrived early and the hotel staff were great getting everything sorted out for us and it didn't effect our stay as we were out exploring the city.		 My rating:

AC in room, location, business room, great breakfast buffet, bathroom supplies (washcloths, body wash, etc.) Meal in restaurant-superb!!! Because of our positive experience at this hotel, we will try other Prestige Hotels

Very noisy (that's what you get with great location near town square). Price of items in hotel room minibars is usually very high, but this was beyond ridiculous. Hard to drive to - one way system ib old town is nuts. Not hotel's fault, but they could give out driving directions.		 My rating:

Positive aspects:
Beautifully decorated hotel in historic building, just two minutes from the main square but quite quiet location. We had Junior Suite - bedroom was not huge but again tastefully decorated and quality fixtures, comfy bed and clean linen. Ensuite was also a bit on the small side but shower was great. Wonderful buffet breakfast with just about everything you could possibly want including lots of salads, fresh fruits, various lovely breads, eggs, bacon etc
Negative aspects:
Reception staff could be a bit more helpful/smile more. They did not show us where our lift was on check in - a housekeeper spotted us and kindly showed us which one to use. Also, we ate in the hotel restaurant one evening. The food had good flavours but our soup was only warm and they gave me the SMALLEST glass of white wine I have ever had in my life. We tried lots of other eateries and you can get better value on the main square.		 My rating:
