The Gromada Hotel is located in three tenement houses, one of which is a historic object, in the very center of the Old Town. This superb location encourages sightseeing in one of Poland's most beautiful cities, which is Torun - a city filled with Gothic buildings and relics of the past that have been placed on UNESCO's World Cultural and National Heritage List. Thanks to the close proximity of many historic buildings, cultural institutions and offices, the hotel is an excellent place for guests who want to get to know Copernicus' city - individual tourists, organized groups and businesspeople.

Rooms

The hotel offers 73 sleeping spaces in 29 double rooms, 13 singles and one apartment. Every room is equipped with: bathroom, toilet, a small antechamber, telephone, TV, radio, mini bar and free internet access. Each of them has been designed with the guest's comfort and convenience in mind. All rooms are comfortably furnished. A night in clean and well-maintained rooms guarantees comfortable and peaceful sleep.
The hotel has separate rooms for smoking and non-smoking guests, so that everyone can feel comfortable at the hotel or even better than at home.

Restaurant

The restaurant is located in the hotel's historic part and it specializes in traditional Polish cuisine - thanks to the chef's superb culinary skills, one can taste various exquisite dishes. Among the most frequently ordered by guests are: duck blood soup with noodles, old Polish-style sour rye soup, old Polish-style cutlet and boar neck. The restaurant provides food all day to both individual guests as well as groups, in various forms and price ranges, according to the guest's wishes. Additionally, it organizes family events such as: wedding, baptism and Holy Communion parties, birthdays, name days, anniversaries and other special events. It also provides catering services, which is very useful, especially when organizing a party or a conference.
The hotel has 3 dining rooms. The largest of them can accommodate 44 people. The smaller Hunter Room has 24 places and the smallest Banquet Room can accommodate 20 persons.
The restaurant's informal ambience makes the mealtime relaxing and will satisfy even the most demanding guest.
The hotel's gastronomic facilities also include a café, which can accommodate up to 20 people at a time and encourages guests to enjoy the aroma of excellent coffee and try pastries.
Due to its location in the center of the city, the hotel has no possibility to organize outdoor events. However, for tourist groups, it often organizes small events such as folk band performances and tasting of Torun gingerbread.

Conference rooms

The conference room has the area of 92 square meters and depending on the configuration it can accommodate a certain number of people. It has no pillars, so it's possible to arrange tables and chairs in any way we want. In a theatre setting, there are 60 seats, in a classroom setting - 30, U-shaped arrangement gives 44 seats, two-row setting - 40 and a banquet setting - 44.
The conference room is equipped, among other things, in TV, video, internet access, transparency projector, board, screen, wireless microphone, flipchart and copier.

Additional Services

The hotel's employees will make every effort to satisfy the guests' every need and ensure a pleasant stay. They speak English and German.
The hotel also offers currency exchange, laundry, safe, left luggage and a bar. Reception is open 24 hours a day. Guests can also use room service or a payable car park.
It's possible to pay with a credit card for hotel services. Pets are also welcome.
Continental breakfast is included in room rate and children up to 6 years of age stay for free in the same room with their parents.
