A special value of the hotel is its location in the center and in the immediate vicinity of the park.
The Neptun hotel is definitely a big hotel, typical for the Orbis chain, offering many additional services like a hair salon, newsstand and souvenirs, and even a casino.
While outside the building seems a bit oldish, do not let this scare you. Some areas of the hotel resemble a bit of the 70x style, but this is gradually changing.
Rooms after renovations are nice, with modern furnishings, clean and quiet.

The Hotel Neptun is a large hotel iwth more than 280 rooms. You will find singles, doubles, and several apartments.
Rooms are equipped with satellite TV, telephone, radio, free wired Internet access (not everywhere). Some of them have been renovated and those ones are currently the most attractive.
The suites also have air-conditioning and safe.
Two standard rooms are designed for people with disabilities.

Restaurants

The breakfast is worth a special attention. A nice variety of hot and cold appetizers, will make you feel good for the whole day.
The restaurant menu contain a selection of typical Polish dishes and specialties of the international cuisine.

Conferences

The Neptun Hotel is set in part to business travelers, conference groups. Three conference rooms are equipped with the necessary technical equipment.
There is also a Business Centre, where you can take advantage of free computer and printer.

Additional services

Options how to spend free time in Neptune is at least a few. First, you can try your luck at the casino. If you can not win some big prize, you can always work off in the gym, or relax in the sauna (and not paying anything extra for it) or have a chat over coffee in the hotel's Aperitif Bar.
Wireless Internet access (Hotspot, for a fee) is available in public areas.
Drivers can safely leave their cars at the hotel guarded parking lot.
