Positive aspects:
Very good service, very clean, good food, big room, very comfortable bed.

Negative aspects:
Air condition didn't work, my credit card has been debited again for first night which has been paid to you when I reserved rooms (2 single rooms), hotel explained that they did not received any information about it from you and debited again EUR 185 for each room (Eur 185x2Eur 370), I hate it!I wait for explaination why and when I'll get back my money!
