Positive aspects:
Location superb and clean and tidy overall.
Negative aspects:
1. Female Reception staff initially unhelpful. 2. Poor breakfast choices. 3. Unable to have a drink with my guests after 10pm at night ??		 My rating:

Positive aspects:
The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. My baby son was injured and we had to go to the hospital and the front desk staff helped us find a taxi driver to take us and stay with us as well as serving as remote interpreters as no one in the hospital spoke english. They also took care of smaller things that were also appreciated--bringing a hairdryer, extra towels etc. to the room.
Negative aspects:
The beds are terrible... extremely uncomfortable. The noise between rooms and from balconies into rooms really travels.		 My rating:
