The Feniks guesthouse is a good proposition for people who travel by their own car, families with children who want to stay in a quiet area and tourists who like self-reliance and independence, which results from living in a comfortable apartment equipped with a kitchenette. It's a good place to concentrate on work or to relax away from city's noise.
The apartments are large and functionally furnished, with a priority given to comfort, privacy and self-sufficiency.
The guesthouse is monitored 24 hours a day and has its own parking spaces.
Centre of the city can be easily reached by public transportation; 10-15 minutes is enough to get to the main PKP and PKS station.
Front desk is open 24 hours a day. We can easily communicate with its staff in English as well as German.

Rooms

The Feniks places an emphasis on comfort and modernity. It offers 20 individual apartments, which can accommodate 1-3 persons. All feature bathrooms, fully equipped kitchenettes, telephones, TV Sat and wireless internet. Thanks to all that, we can not only relax here, but also work in peace and quiet.
One person will be easily accommodated in a one-room studio with a fold-out sofa.
If we prefer a separate bedroom, we can choose an apartment with a living room and a bedroom. A larger number of people traveling together can be accommodated in an apartment with a living room and two bedrooms.
A great majority of rooms has windows facing south, which makes them bright and cheerful. Even though the rooms are large, the south-facing windows make them seem even more spacious and cozy.
Additionally, many of the apartments have their own balconies.
The building isn't equipped with a lift and none of the apartments offer facilities for the handicapped.
12 of the apartments are for non-smoking guests.

Restaurant

When it comes to its own restaurant, the Feniks currently has only plans of what it's going to look like in the future.
However, in order to take care of its guests despite the above fact, the Feniks cooperates with a small restaurant situated 300 meters away with an Italian-sounding name “Capri". That name can tell us what type of cuisine we can expect in their menu. In addition to pasta and pizza, we can order a tasty, typically Polish dinner at the Capri for about 15-20 PLN.
What's interesting, we can also have a dinner or a supper until10 PM without leaving our room – on request the meals are delivered to the guesthouse.

Additional Services

A big plus is wireless internet access, which we can use free of charge at the guesthouse.

Guests who come by their own car, can safely park it in the Feniks' garage. The cost of a vehicle's "accommodation" is 15 PLN.

It is possible to organize a transfer from and to the airport – that service costs about 35 PLN.

If we want to take our pet with us to the Feniks, we must pay an additional fee of 40 PLN.
