Cozy, modern midsize hotel built quite recently - 2 years ago. What's more, it's in a well-chosen, central location, near the PKS bus terminal and the city's main promenade - Sienkiewicz Street.
As befitting a good, 4-star hotel, the Qubus has its own fitness center (gym, sauna and solarium), conference room, free wireless Wi-Fi internet working in the entire hotel and also air-conditioning and computers in some rooms.
Businesspeople are particularly welcome here, for the room equipment has been selected with creating a comfortable working space in mind.
The hotel's service deserves an A+.
Rooms
From among the hotel's 90 rooms, we can select a single or a double (standard or lux), a Junior Suite or an apartment.
Newness of the hotel is delightful: soft, relaxing white, beige and brown colors, perfectly working air-conditioning, timeless brown-chestnut furniture, lack of a cigarette smell in places where there should be none and many other elements that make relaxing here a pleasure.
The ingenious Qubus hotel chain has decided to increase guests' comfort thanks to LCD TV's and computers (in some rooms).
We don't even mention cleanliness, because what could possibly get dirty in just two years… The hotel is simply spotless.
Rooms are designed for various budgets. Even in double rooms we enjoy a high level of comfort, but we can also decide on a Junior Suite or an apartment. Every room is air-conditioned and equipped with mini-bar, TV-SAT, internet connection, radio and telephone.
In apartments we can also use a safe, computer, bathtub with Jacuzzi and balcony.
This is very useful equipment if we're in Kielce on business and require a peaceful place to work.
In the hotel there is one room for disabled guests. There are separate rooms for smokers and non-smokers.
Restaurant
Staff of the "Ogieñ" Restaurant will await us until midnight, ready to combine the pleasure of being in a beautifully arranged interior with good cuisine. The menu is international, interesting and versatile enough to be able to select several dishes. One could sit for hours in the comfortable chairs and order without moderation if only the prices were a bit lower.
A day that has begun with a breakfast here (Swedish buffet) immediately promises to be great.
Conference rooms
For business clients, the hotel has a conference room available with the capacity to accommodate about 70 persons. It can be divided to host two smaller groups. Undoubtedly, neither the conference room's interior nor its equipment lacks anything when it comes to modernity. Available equipment includes: a high quality sound system and audiovisual gear, computer with internet access, beamer, DVD player, fax, scanner, printer and copier.
Additional Services
When we make ourselves at home in our cozy room, we may not want to leave it without a need. However, when we find out that the rate includes the use of a superbly-equipped gym, sauna and solarium, taking advantage of these attractions will certainly be a quite pleasant prospect.
For guests with cars a guarded car park is available. Its price is about 35 PLN for 24 hours.
There is also a safe and laundry services available on premises.
