Located centrally to city, easy to get to major highways, helpful and friendly staff, clean rooms, clean facility

Positive aspects:
First of all, we, Russian, have been pleased with warm relation, attention to us, your goodwill and hospitality. Second, we liked very much architecture and design of room, in which we have stayed, the perfect engineering systems, cleanliness and a cosiness. Though we have stayed at you for one night, we often recollected with kind feeling, your hotel. There is no doubt, that in the following visit to Katowice we shall plan to stop at you.
