Positive aspects:
The Hotel is modern clean and well situated for the centre of Katowice. It is generally good value for money.

Negative aspects:
Booking system is ridiculous. Bar and restaurant is often closed to residents which is toally unacceptable when you have to pay the same room rate on those occasions.

Convenient location, clean room, staff polite, good kitchen.

Negative aspects:
Although i was on 22nd floor - no smoking guests were allowed to smoke at the elevators' corner (confirmed with reception). when arriving first time no possibility to park car outside to unload luggage, have to drive to underground parking, perhaps advise guests at the time of reservation is being made.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja i dogodny dojaz w centrum Katowic, dobry (choc drogi) parking, hotel jest bardzo nowoczesny, czysty. Bezplatny dostep do Internetu. Z pokoji na wyzszych pietrach - wspaniala panorama Katowic.

brak wygodnego podjazdu przed samym wejsciem do hotelu "malo przyjazne" looby ( "chlodne ") - ma sie poczucie pobytu w Centrum Handlowym a nie w hotelu

Positive aspects:
Clean, modern, tasteful, everything worked -- and a wonderful and extensive buffet breakfast. The staff were willing to open the breakfast room about 30 minutes early so we could eat before leaving to catch an early flight from the airport.
