If you can see the beach from the hotel's windows, it means the location is great. If this few minutes walking will lead us to the center, it becomes clear that, for reasons of location, the hotel can be placed at the top of the list of the most interesting hotels in Gdynia.
In this huge building there is almost 300 rooms, and swimming pool, restaurant, nightclub and banquet 6 - conference.
The hotel itself is not very new, and it can be seen in its public areas and rooms. The renovation of old furniture and decorations would bring a new breath of fresh air, and certainly would attract even greater number of guests. The offered price is however very attractive.

Rooms

The Orbis Gdynia is a giant hotel, offering nearly 300 rooms. The majority are single and double room, but the hotel also have apartments. All rooms are equipped with a bathroom, satellite TV, PAY TV, work desk, radio and telephone. Some rooms have a mini bar.
Despite its central location in the rooms are quiet.
The view of the Gulf of Gdansk from the upper floors is a great addition to the comfortable and spacious rooms. If only all of them would not have been renovated guests would have nothing to complain about. Unfortunately you can see that some of the furniture and equipment already had its better days.
In such a big hotel the offer for people with disabilities is really limited - only one specially adapted room.
In hot days guests can complain on a lack of air conditioning.
The 2 / 3 rooms are suitable for non-smokers.

Restaurant

Good breakfast buffet, a generous selection of hot and cold snacks to start the day. Located on the ground floor, the restaurant "Pod Debami" can nicely feed their guests by offering dishes from Polish and international menus. For an evening drink or a coffee you can drop to the Aperitif Bar.

Conference

The Orbis Gdynia is one of the few places where you can gather in a meeting hundreds of people at the same time. Therefore, looking for a big conference hotel, you should consider the Gdynia hotel. The 6 meeting rooms, with two major Lazurowa and Turquoise halls, can accommodate over 200 people each. The rooms are equipped with the necessary equipment, but unfortunately they don't have air conditioned.

Additional services

You can use the swimming pool that is included in the price. Good news is that prices are quite low. We can also go to the sauna and solarium.
There is a small shop.
Guests arriving by car can leave it in guarded parking lot next to the hotel. Fee per day is around 45 zł.
