Positive aspects:
The hotel was very comfortable. The area was quiet. Receptionists spoke english well.

Negative aspects:
The breakfast was not worth of 10 euros.

Positive aspects:
Close to the Centrum of Gdansk Nice and clean room Helpfull people in the reseption Good breakfast exept the coffe and the bacon.

Negative aspects:
Bad coffee at the breakfast, you shuld really do something about that. Fry the bacon, do not cook it

Positive aspects:
good value hotel, excellent position just around the corner from old town, nice newly refurbished bedrooms and lovely bathrooms. Comfortable beds and pillows. Friendly and helpful reception staff.

Negative aspects:
rooms overlooking gardens have nicer views than the other side which overlooks ruined buildings but I would not consider this a serious negative.

good location clean helpful and efficent staff

Negative aspects:
room very cramped when extra bed pulled out limited hangers available in wardrobe sink and shower took a long time draining smell of sour water coming from sink breakfast food cold and over cooked

Very nice and efficient service. Nice and clean room with everything you need on a 4-day visit. Great location three minutes from the old town.

a friendly staff, a clean and peaceful place, excellent breakfast (also possible to have it outside), a good deposit box in the room itself

Negative aspects:
Die Abkürzungen in der Reisebestätigung sind nicht eindeuig! Nach gefragt hatte ich 4 Doppel und 1 Einzelzimmer. Musste allerdings für Vier Personen 3X Frühstück nachzahlen sprich 120 Euro Die hätte ich kerne von Ihnen! Da Ihr Internetrechner einen Preis von 1200 Euro errechnet hatte.
