The "Krolewski" owes its uniqueness primarily to its attractive location in the heart of Gdansk by the River Moltawa and the unusual idea of turning the old Royal Granary into a comfortable hotel. Three stars are certainly not enough to render everything the hotel has to offer. The "Krolewski" ("krolewski" means "royal" in Polish) does not only its name justice, but also its quality. The interiors are shining with cleanliness. There is great attention to detail. The quiet, atmospheric restaurant has a terrace overlooking the riverbank of the Moltawa. You can reach the Old Town in less than five minutes on foot.
The staff at the reception speaks easily English as well as German and puts a lot of courtesy, energy and heart in the attendance to the needs of the guests.

Rooms

Guests have thirty spacious rooms at their disposal, including four luxurious apartments with view on the Old Town of Gdansk. Every room causes, due to the original and carefully chosen esthetic décor, that the stay in the "Królewski" is an unforgettable experience.
There are not many rooms, the owners of the hotel rely on quality, not quantity, and this shows at first sight. The price, which you pay for the lodging is absolutely worth what you get in return.
The quietness and the shining cleanliness of the rooms (and the whole hotel) are only the "tip of iceberg" of the advantages of the interiors in the "Królewski".
You can choose here among single rooms, double rooms (double high-standard plus rooms are also available) and for guests seeking bigger comfort the apartments "Kapitański" and "Admiralski" were prepared.
There is already a well equipped mini bar, an efficient room service, a free wireless internet connection and cable television, as well as a wonderful view on the river. What do you want more, when the rooms are concerned? Maybe air-conditioning, coffee and tea making facilities to enjoy hot drinks in your room?
The hotel has one room for disabled persons and one lift.
Good news for non-smokers - two thirds of the rooms are free of cigarette smoke.

Restaurant

An ideal place to rest are also the "culinary" interiors of the hotel - the restaurant and the bar, which offers a large choice of different kinds of spirits
The atmospheric interiors of the restaurant decorated with paintings and subtly lit by wall light lamps make a very cozy and pleasant impression. Not less soothing is the view from the window - the River Moltawa and the opposite bank with the sights of the Old Town draw your attention away from the plate for a moment.
Comparing the prices to the quality of the food served here, you must admit that it is worth staying in the restaurant to taste more of the specialties of the Polish cuisine, paying only a little bit more than in the city. Some people, take my word for it, would be willing to pay much, much more, to delight in the specialty of the chef the "tenderloin Wellington with red onion marmalade and sauce". You can have a delicious, generous size dinner for only 45 - 55 PLN. From the menu you can choose the most interesting dishes of the Polish and international cuisine.
It is also not worth to hesitate upon eating breakfast at the hotel, the diversity of delicacies at breakfast buffet will satisfy everyone. You can also enjoy breakfast not even leaving your room, just choose one of three menus: the royal, the French and the English.
In the summertime the best place to discover culinary delights is the terrace adjoining the restaurant.
If there is one thing to improve in the hotel, only enlarging the bar comes to mind.

Conference rooms

The "Krolewski" offers six conference rooms of different sizes, which were designed to suit optimally the needs of a specific meeting or professional training. A screen and a flipchart are the standard equipment and free of charge. For an additional fee you can also use the multimedia projector, the DVD set, the television set, the plasma projector, the overhead projector and special amplification equipment. Groups have also the banqueting hall at their disposal and a tasty menu during coffee breaks, prepared by the hotel’s restaurant.

Additional Services

At the reception, which is open twenty-four hours, you can use the fax, the Xerox and get expert and polite information about Gdansk and its area.
For guests of the hotel there are free entrance tickets available for the most modern club of the Tricity - the Jaœkowa 14.
You can leave you car at the parking lot by the hotel. It is free but not attended.
You can take a small pet to the "Krolewski" with you. The additional fee for its accommodation is 30 PLN.
