Alle Angestellten waren sehr freundlich.- Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut. Wenige Minuten bis zur Altstadt, zum Bahnhof und zur Solidaritätswerft. - Das Hotel selbst ist auch sehr ansehlich und man hat einen wunderbaren Blick auf die Stadt.- Das Frühstücksbüffet ist ausgezeichnet. Auch die lange Frühstückszeit ist von Vorteil.

The hotel was well located, service and staff were first class. As this was my first visit to Poland I was very impressed in the professionalism shown by everyone.

Positive aspects:
Very central and very comfortable with a great breakfast! Easy to walk to all shops and 5 mins away from delightful Old Town area for great buildings and restraunts. Would stay here again.

Negative aspects:
Car parking at back of hotel is a little strange....have to rely on non-english speaking gatekeeper. Also have to walk around hotel from back to front to access reception. Ok if fine, but not nice on a wet/wintery evening.

Nice and clean room. Deskservice also very good and polite staff and they gave information about a lot i´n Gdansk. Nice breakfast. Easy to get a taxi.

We felt so at home in your hotel. Our first evening we dined in your restaurant; the waiter was fantastic...so attentive..... The view from our window lovely!
