The first room I was given where already occupied so it was quite a surprise when opening the door to the room Also remember to ask the customer if he wants a non-smoking room :-)		 My rating:

Positive aspects:
Very nice hotel. Room was clean and a good size. Reception staff was helpful. Restaurant was very good and the breakfasts were good. Location was almost perfect for my purposes -- close to Old Town and the railway station. Would definitely stay here again.
Negative aspects:
Some guests on my floor were noisy at night -- my room was close to the elevator area and the walls of the rooms must be thin because I heard my next door neighbors.		 My rating:

Positive aspects:
i found the reception staff and general standard of service high. the room had a lovely view over the old town and an adequate size for two people, the coffee and tea availability in the room very welcome

the room was quite shabby and the carpet had burn marks in places 		My rating:

Positive aspects:
Service OK. Nothing to complain about. Breakfast should be included in the room-price. (for Polish conditions it is not low price)

Ein sehr modernes, freundlich gestaltetes Hotel, weit sichtbar und leicht zu finden, gute Orientierung. Saubere und gut gegliederte Räume, angenehmer Empfang in der Reception. Rasche Abwicklung der Anmeldeformalitätten, klare Organisation und Formalitäten der Internet- Buchungen.
Negative aspects:
Auf den "gesicherten" Parkplätzen des Hotels Mercure wurden am Morgen des 4.6.07 die dort noch abgestellten Fahrzeuge durch eine Staubwolke verschmutzt, deren Quelle Bauarbeiten in der unmittelbaren Nachbarschaft waren. 		My rating:

Bauarbeiten im Hotel mit erheblicher Lärmbelästigung von 9 bis 16 Uhr, diese Beaintzräöchtrigug wurde uns erst bei Ankunft mitgeteilt. Eine Preisredutzierung wurde nicht gewährt. 		My rating:
