Positive aspects:
Freundliches Personal, saubere Ausstattung der Zimmer, sehr gute Lage, gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis beim Essen, bewachter PKW-Abstellplatz, Verständigung in deutsch oder englisch unproblematisch
Negative aspects:
etwas reparaturbedürftiges Inventar (z.B. Armaturen), vereinzelt defekte Glühbirnen nicht ausgetauscht. Leider kein Mobiliar auf der schönen Terrasse der oberen Zimmer. Zu hohe Bremsrampe bei der Einfahrt zum Parkplatz (PKW setzt selbst bei sehr vorsichtiger Fahrweise auf)		 My rating:

Positive aspects:
The room and bath were clean. The view from the room and the veranda of the castle was wonderful. The hotel staff was extremely courteous and helpful. The breakfast buffet was exceptional as was the restaurant for dinner.
Negative aspects:
The beds were not comfortable as they were too hard and narrow. The towels need to have a softener added to their drying process so they are as hard and ruff to the touch. 		My rating:

Wir fühlten uns wohl in dem Hotel besonders wegen der freundlichen Art der gut Deutsch sprechendden Wirtin und der guten Küche.

Positive aspects:
Kpernik Hotel is a nice place to stay. It's very clean and has great management. The restaurant was very good.
Negative aspects:
The only down side was that it was very far from Gdansk, Gdynia and Sopot. Although the distance isn't very far, the roads are terrible and it takes you hours to get where your going. I would suggest paying more for a hotel if your destination is the Baltic Coast.		 My rating:
