Nicely appointed rooms, beautiful central balustrade, good service including fine breakfast, very efficient front desk.
Negative aspects:
Parking is a bit of a bother, having to take vehicle to another lot, particularly when one arrives a bit late. 		My rating:

Excellent central location. Retain 'old world' feel of splendour.

Positive aspects:
It is cosy, in the centre of town, well served by everything and has good food. Some staff are warm and welcoming; others not so.
Negative aspects:
Rooms to the front can be quite noisy but not much can be done about that but to keep the windows shut. There is usually a long gap(too long in my opinion for a hotel of this size) between putting out room service trays and them being collected.		 My rating:

Positive aspects:
It's a very nice hotel, and we enjoyed the service. We have come here on multiple occcassions.
Negative aspects:
A problem that we had with the hotel was that since there is no air conditioning in the hotel rooms, we were forced to open the windows at night. It is very very noisy there, and sleep is impossible when 1. It's too hot. 2. It's too noisy. Air conditioning would help with the solution of this problem.		 My rating:
