Positive aspects:
Great staff, friendly and helpful: prompt responses to our few, basic requests (cleaning team shorted us on TP). Comfortable, quiet and clean room - really a true "non-smoking" room. Adequate restaurant with broad menu selection and good, helpful service: take their advice when asking what they like on the menu and you won't go wrong. Secure, on-site gated parking with video surveillance a strong, positive feature. In a quiet neighborhood, but with well sound-insulated room, very unlike other accomodations in area.
Negative aspects:
Breakfast is limited and hours restricted, especially noticeable during weekends: every day 0645 to 0845. Cable TV reception was singularly very weak for CNN, the only English-speaking option, but OK for all other channels.		 My rating:

Positive aspects:
The hotel was located in a beautiful part of Poland, and had a wonderful gift shop. The room was nicely sized, and we got breakfast for free. I would definately stay here again!
Negative aspects:
The bathroom was a tad small, and the towels were rough...I would suggest bringing your own towels. Otherwise, we had a very pleasant stay!		 My rating:

The staff were wonderful, they would do anything for us - for example, they opened the pottery shop at 10 p.m. and let us browse! Our room and bathroom were very clean.

Positive aspects:
This hotel has a very wonderful location, very close to all the pottery shopping, as well as a very nice and peaceful area. The hotel is always clean and the staff are very helpful.
Negative aspects:
I think that the breakfast should be available a little bit later in the morning, 0845 is awefully early, and most other hotels offer breakfast at least until 0900 or 0930. Also, the shop within the hotel was never ever open. I would like to have possibly shopped there, but for some reason it never opened.		 My rating:

Positive aspects:
Protea has a great atmosphere, clean comfortable rooms, good food and a good selection of pottery & other crafts. The staff is helpful and friendly. I have stayed there two times and love it.

Positive aspects:
The hotel staff were very kind and helpful and we absolutely loved the resturant! The prive was right and the hotel smelled very good!
Negative aspects:
The towels found in the bathroom smelled of mildew, like they were not properly washed and the shower set up was a little interesting, definitely not something that we liked. A shower needs to be seperate from the room.		 My rating:

Positive aspects:
The hotel is fairly easy to get too and beautiful. Everyone was very friendly and spoke excellent English. We enjoyed both breakfasts and dinner at the hotel and all were very satisfactory. This hotel is excellent for Americans/British who are looking to pottery shop and stay somewhere, where communication is easy.
Negative aspects:
It would have been nice to know what type of beds we were going to have when we arrived at our room. We were with another couple and we each had doubles. They had a full size bed and a twin, while we had two twin beds.		 My rating:

Positive aspects:
It offers a beautiful, rustic atmosphere that was a breath of fresh air at the end of a long day of shopping. The food at the restaurant in the hotel was fantastic. The location is great for early morning shopping with Pottery shops just around the corner.
Negative aspects:
They allow smoking in the rooms, so they were stuffy at first.		 My rating:
