Positive aspects:
Altogether the stay at the hotel was a positive experience. The staff was very competent, available and helpful for advice/help both at the desk and in the restaurant. The rooms were clean and functional. There was not any excessive/ bad taste decoration as it is the case in a number of hotels. In spite of the proximity of a traffic intensive road the hotel was quiet, at least in our room on the back side of the hotel. We were pleased to have parking accomodations and the early breakfast box we got before leaving on our last morning was readily available with the hot coffee we had ordered as we came down from our room. This was perfect.

Negative aspects:
There is no negative feedback to be given. The exterior/facade of the the hotel is not doing any justice to the actual quality of the services provided by the hotel. We were very positively surprised when we entered the hotel to find a quality well above the looks of the outer "box" and surroundings of the hotel. Again, the staff, although young, was very professional, dedicated and friendly, well above the usual standards wefind in many hotels in many countries. Congratulations. One last thing. When we booked the rooms via the reservation service and had to add a night to our original booking the communication with the people we had on the phone or by mail was a little difficult, most likely because of language problems. However, people at the desk were all very good in English. This was not a serious issue at all but could have raised some early doubts for very demanding clients, which would have been a pity.

Zimmer zur Straße sehr lauter Verkehrslärm auch in der Nacht ,Schlafen ist sehr schwierig.Die Restorantpreise sind für Polen relativ hoch.

Der erste Eindruck von aussen war so, daß wir eigentlich weiter fahren wollten. Das Hotel sieht eher aus wie eine Ruine. DIE TEMPERATUR IM ZIMMER WAR 32 !! Grad Celsius. Absolut unmöglich zu schlafen.
